Is it better to pre-register now or register onsite?
It is recommended to pre-register for the event now to avoid onsite registration lines, however, you may register onsite if you choose.

Where are the registration desks located?
The registration area will be located on the 6th floor of the NY Marriott Marquis.

What’s included with my conference registration?
Free conference registration includes access to two days of presentations, workshops and panels and the exhibit hall. You will also receive a conference bag with supporting materials. Continental breakfasts, water and coffee breaks are available each day.

Where can I get the conference program/agenda?
The conference program is available on our website. Click here to view it.  Updates are made online as they occur, so check back to view progress. A hard copy will be available onsite for each delegate with their conference materials.

ACCOMMODATION      

What accommodations are available? Is there a special room rate for conference attendees?
Yes, we have secured discounted pricing at the New York Marriott Marquis in the heart of Times Square. Discounted rates start at $269. You must be registered to attend our conference prior to booking your hotel reservations.  

How do I reserve a hotel room?
Register to attend the conference online, then follow the step-by-step instructions that take you through the hotel reservation process. If you do not have access to a computer, reservations may also be made by calling the Marriott at 800-843-4898 and reference the New York Hard Assets Investment Conference room block.

Credit card details must be provided at the time the reservation is made to guarantee a room and pay the deposit. Without a valid credit card your room may be released at short notice. A deposit equivalent to one room night will be charged to your credit card 30 days before arrival.
